Shipping policy

We ship to any address inside the EU. 
For all other countries, please contact us at shop@kanella.com

Shipment is handled through our office in Athens, Greece.

Dispatch times 1–5 business days.
Delivery times:
Greece: 2–3 business days
European Union: 5–10 business days

+ Delays may occur due to global restrictions, and extra checks at the customs offices. International orders can be subject to delays.

All products will be sent via a trackable shipment method. As soon as we start packing your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number to track your parcel online. Just keep in mind that it can take some time before the tracking information is uploaded. 

Orders are shipped with Elta Courier or with Elta Hellenic Post.

We recommend you to use the postal address where you can ensure that someone can receive the package during working hours: 9:00–20:00 from Monday to Friday.

If a parcel returns to our warehouse, for reasons attributable to you; we will understand that you have abandoned the order placed. In that case, no refunds are applicable.
